VALIDATING SECURITY CONTROLS TO ENABLE A CLIENT TO PROVE CUSTOMER DATA IS PROTECTED

When a customer wanted proof from their service provider that their important and confidential data was safe, an HBS Security Consultant was able to supply that assurance. Through thorough technology environment scanning, testing and analysis, HBS delivered a detailed report to show areas of weakness and the valuable recommendations on how to resolve discovered issues. Retesting produced a report that demonstrated the service provider put in place effective security controls and that vital corporate
data was protected.

A start-up with a new and innovative product was challenged with how to take the next step. How do they structure their organization effectively?
